Analysis: Weiman was recalled from the minors due to Peter Budaj's bout with the flu. Budaj was ruled out for Friday night's against Carolina because of the illness, and Weiman was on hand to back up Anderson should the need arise. Anderson has started all 10 games for the Avs this season. The 25-year-old Weiman was 3-3 with a 2.16 goals against average and .916 save percentage in six games for the Monsters. |
